Job Title: Kronos Admin
Location: Manchester, Connecticut
Duration: 6 months contract
Job Description:
Administrative management of associates time and attendance
Job code allocation to associates
Verify daily that associates are systemically on the clock while working in the building.
Verify daily that associates are assigned a Labor Management assignment
Responsibilities:
Familiarity with a distribution environment
Basic understanding of business financial reports and information
Experience in managing process and operational escalations
Experience:
2 years of Payroll and Labour Management System Experience in distribution environment
Skills:
Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
Must be able to work needed schedule to perform assigned duties
Proficient use of personal computer for data entry and research purposes
Highly motivated, self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Education:
High School education or equivalent.
