Railhead is presently seeking multiple professionals, including Knowledge Managers to work at Ft. Meade, MD supporting analytical support services to the US Army Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations. This analytical support services encompass HQ Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), and its Major Subordinate Commands and activities. We support the command through intelligence, analytical support, cyber, forensics support, technology protection, intelligence analysis, and computer science for military commanders and national decision makers CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must hold an active Secret security clearance. (US Citizenship required) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports the U.S. Army. Knowledge Managers support development of KM systems by designing and implementing SharePoint process improvement solutions; aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing; shaping workflows and processes with peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems; compiling reports on performance, usage metrics, and future requirements; and disseminating intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
Produces KM SOPs to guide KM efforts within the organization and assist implementation of the KM structure, practices, and governance model.
Publishes analysis and assessments of the effectiveness of current organizational SOPs and processes as discussed during the KM Working Group (KMWG).
Facilitates the KMWG and enables collaboration by disseminating information to individuals or groups.
Publishes KMWG minutes and recommendations for the next meeting to the SharePoint KM portal and in email to Government personnel.
Conducts surveys and interviews to increase the effectiveness of information sharing within and outside of the organization, as well as vertically and laterally.
Ensures requirements and design concepts are accomplished through the creation of governance and maintenance plans; custom workflows and site themes; SharePoint content management with Microsoft Office applications; and transfer of content from shared drives and other repositories to SharePoint.
Provides status updates on actual vs. planned task progress made; schedules status, surveys/interviews conducted; meetings attended; issues and recommendations.
Reviews operations files, analyses, and operational data queries to provide CI Operations Trends and Strategic Communications support and articulates operational leads, gaps, vulnerabilities, and trends. Here's What You'll Need:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 12 years' relevant knowledge management experience; with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Must have Security+ certification.
Must have completed a Site Collection Administration training course equivalent to Microsoft MS55033.
US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI Preferred:
Masters' degree in relevant field or bachelor's degree with additional 5 years of experience, for a total of 17 years.
