Responsibilities + Duties:

Exceptional knowledge of our Craveably Crafted food and uncommon hospitality expectations.
Follow a routine from open to close to execute Line Checks and Sani audit on a daily basis with a strong attention to detail on safety and sanitation practices.
Drive recipe-right adherence to prepare our Craveably Crafted food through tasting product, signing labels, and validating product.
Create consistency through validating opening and closing duties are executed efficiently.
Complete weekly inventory and orders understanding the importance of Actual vs. Theoretical numbers and how they impact the business.
Monitor and track daily food prep and storage to minimize waste, ensure quality and control costs.
Control and maintain labor costs utilzing HotSchedules to schedule and communicate with team.
Coach, teach and mentor BOH team throughout the shift as the Leader in the Window.
Participate in the selection of new hires and implement training and testing procedures.
Uphold company standards on personal appearance and attire.
Drive ticket times and communication throughout the team.
Support the team and the shift by setting up and transitioning shifts appropriately.

Qualifications + Skills:

BOH Manager experience preferred
Understanding of BOH operations and management
Ability to work nights and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and team
Coachable with ability to apply feedback
Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
