Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Gym Kids Care Attendants. As a Kids Care Attendant, you will be responsible for supervising and engaging with children while their parents work out at the gym. This role is essential in providing a safe and enjoyable environment for children, allowing their parents to focus on their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise children ranging from infants to pre-teens in our Kids Care area.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as games, crafts, and story time.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the Kids Care area.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's needs and activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
