Job Description

As the US Key Account Manager with Cricut, your focus is to aggressively grow Cricut's US revenue by increasing business with existing partners and developing new partnerships. This Key Account Manager is responsible for delivering positive business results across a set of named accounts - specifically within the Broadcast Channel in addition to other channels of business. This position will define strategy through a customer centric and consumer-right approach that will exceed the expectations for their partners and for Cricut.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Have full ownership and accountability for a specific group of named accounts. Develop plans and strategies to exceed annual sales and profitability targets

Support a consultative, customer-centric sales approach and engagement (business partnership) with key partners. Make it easy for resellers to do business with Cricut.

Understand account's "winning strategy" (account's business model and how it competes) and how Cricut sales leadership proposals enable achievement of account's "winning strategy"

Work with Vice President of Sales in the negotiation of annual Terms and Conditions with all named accounts to ensure future sales while optimizing profitability. Monitor and drive adherence to all sales targets and trade investments with said accounts.

Work cross-functionally with all key stakeholders to drive quality, profitable sell through while maintaining premium brand positioning.

Partner with Product and Channel Marketing Teams to build compelling product and marketing stories to win the consumer.Due to complexity of these channels, developing a consistent, streamlined, easy to execute sell in & sell through strategy will be critical

Work with the Vice President of Sales in the development of long range Strategic Business Plan for named accounts; with an end goal of becoming a market share leader across hardware and consumables

Provide weekly reporting and analysis of sales outlook, monthly & full year sales forecasts and potential risks, cancellations & markdown allowances
