Title: Junior Project Manager Infrastructure
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Our client is seeking a Junior Project Manager Infrastructure who demonstrates a basic knowledge of project management methodology and practices.
Key Accountabilities: - Manages low to moderate complexity projects.
- Creates detailed work-related documentation and projects and change management plans.
- Communicates effectively with clinical, technical, and business colleagues.
- Manages small to medium scale projects.
- Manages low to moderate complexity projects or project subsets according to the established scope, timeline, as assigned.
- Facilitates small team and client meetings in collaboration with other team members.
- Prepares Project Status Reports as directed by the dept. team member.
- Communicates with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members, as directed by dept. team member.
- Support all compliance activities related to state, federal regulatory requirements, healthcare accreditation standards, and all other applicable regulations that govern the use and disclosure of patient, financial, or other confidential information.
Required Skills: -
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Large enterprise infrastructure environment experience required.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare management or related fields desired.
- Three to five years with experience in project management.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
