Description: NSI requires a Junior Operations Research Analyst to support the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Adversary Fleet Support Team (FST) supporting the F-5N aircraft and engines (J-85). The Junior Operations Research Analyst will formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, services, or products. May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation. Prefer experience/familiarity with Naval Aviation Maintenance Manuals, including formatting and illustrations. Also prefer experience/familiarity with Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS), Technical Publications Deficiency Reports (TPDRs), Interim Rapid Action Changes (IRACs) and other reporting methods as they related to Naval Aviation Maintenance Manuals. Trainable. Willing to learn how to support all efforts as they relate to the Maintenance Manuals. This position will be a hybrid (remote and on-site) position at the FRCSE. Location: Jacksonville, FL Education: BS or BA degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, Operations Management, Business Management, Management Science, Program Management, Purchasing Management, Procurement/Acquisitions, Contracts Management, or Supply Chain and Logistics Management. Experience may be substituted for a degree. Experience: Minimum of 0-3 years of relevant work experience supporting aerospace efforts/platforms. Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is Required. Must be U.S. citizen.
