Junior Network Administrator with Security Clearance

Position Summary: Are you passionate about delivering critical technology solutions to federal agencies and supporting their mission? Are you self-organizing, motivated, and client-focused? We are seeking a Junior Network Administrator to support an evident project with a scope that includes providing JWICS service to local and enterprise customer bases worldwide. Position Summary: The Junior Network Administrator will install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software-related problems. The Junior Network Administrator will work closely with other network professionals and IT personnel to update cyber security measures, install hardware or software devices, and troubleshoot problems. This position will ensure the organizational network aligns with mission goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Analyze and troubleshoot system anomalies to ensure optimum equipment performance
Receive, understand, and apply STIG requirements to Enterprise network devices
Contribute to system backups and recovery
Perform periodic maintenance, hardware upgrades and replacement, firmware updates, and system configuration changes
Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity
Able to collaboratively work with adjunct organizations that also work closely to develop/tailor the network environment
Regularly review and reset priorities to address the client's mission and high-priority initiatives
Attend planning and requirements meetings with IT staff, program manager, and customers as required
Building and maintaining relationships with other groups is necessary to accomplish client objectives
Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance for team members
Requirements: High School diploma or technical trade school in a computer-related discipline with a concentration in networking
Possess knowledge of networking services and standard networking protocols
Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility needed on day 1
CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ or industry equivalents
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience (bachelor's degree may be used towards experience)
Ability to problem solve and think critically
Attention to detail, good communication skills, sound project management skills
Preferred: Military and/or government experience is a plus
ITIL certification is a plus
At least four (3) years of government contracting, or equivalent experience is a plus
