Responsibilities:
• The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.
• Contract personnel shall independently conduct, analyze and database Order of Battle/Force Disposition for conventional military forces and Insurgent/Terrorism for which USCENTCOM is responsible producer (RESPROD).
• For support to targeting, review, evaluate and edit MIDB records associated with target support requests to ensure the entity is free of errors.
• Extract Order of Battle information from MIDB and prepare tailored reports.
• Review, coordinate and complete SDIAPP requests.
• Develop training materials and conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for personnel as required.
• Provide recommended input to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Manuals/Instructions and CCMD policies, standards and SOPs as required.
• Submit collection requests and source directed requirements as well as source evaluations to support Order of Battle.
• Respond to RFI's, prepare and present briefings as required. Required Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired Education : Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. However, an additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 7 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
