Tax and Cost Basis Reporting Associate

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform different levels of data analysis & reconciliation of Cost Basis supplier and our in-house data.
- Ensure that the status reports produced are accurate, relevant, complete, and actionable.
-Review and approval of tax documents (W-8s) and other relevant documents
- Assist in the team with review of year-end tax form (1099s, 1042-S, 2439 etc.) and related checkout.
- Income reclassification testing and validation
-Support creation, modification and review of test plan and test summary documents
-Tax withholding and reporting exception reports analysis and processing
-Support the team in addressing tax and cost basis related inquiries from our clients.
-Root cause research and analysis for Cost Basis and tax reporting processes

- Analytical thinker, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and tenacity
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office including Excel (required), Word (required), and Power Point (required)
