We are looking for: Smart people with a passion for technology Ability to solve challenging business problems Self-directed professionals Hunger to continually learn and grow Responsibilities: Be responsible for the uptime of the databases applicable to the domain Responsible for the performance of server instances and the safety (backups) of the data in the database Provide the required support for installing new DBMS versions and applying maintenance fixes and patches Set and tune system parameters and other technical DBA responsibilities Work with developers to optimize code Develop, manage and test installations, upgrades, replication, backup and recovery of current databases Implement access control, monitor user access and performance of the database systems Provide database assistance as needed to the developers Make and test modifications to the database structure when needed Maintain the database and update permissions Position is based onsite and not remote Requirements: Bachelor's degree in technical discipline desired/ 3 years relevant experience in lieu of degree Experience with working in a mixed OS environment of or not limited to Windows, UNIX, LINUX, etc. One year of relevant experience working with MS SQL Experience with Kubernetes, POSTGre Sql and MongoDB desired Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Sec + or other IAT Level II certification required Active Security clearance required IPT Associates (IPTA), LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
