Junior Customer Service Assistant Job Summary:

This entry-level position is responsible for serving as a customer service and sales support resource providing top-notch service directly to clients and customers for our firm. The Customer Service Representative is a front-line position for our company's interactions with customers; consequently, strong customer service and sales skills are essential.


Principal Responsibilities for the Junior Customer Service Assistant Position:

  • Responsible for representing us to clients and customers by providing high-quality and efficient customer service
  • Interact with customers daily to ascertain household needs and how products and services offered would meet those demands
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries and advise on the appropriate solution
  • Escalate large sales or leads to senior Account Managers
  • Manage, track, and record all customer inquiries, sales, and leads
  • Ensure compliance with all company and client policies and procedures
  • Provide support and assistance to co-workers and other departments as needed
