As a Junior Client Support Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of our top senior customer service and marketing managers. As a Junior Client Support Trainee, You Will:

  • Outreach to potential customers directly to promote our brand, educate consumers on our products, and inform them of service prices that are within their means
  • Train directly with our lead sales and customer service team to perfect the sales pitch, understand product knowledge, analyze market research between leading competitors, and improve all other customer service and sales tactics
  • Attend all virtual meetings and in-person conferences regarding our partnered clients' updated promotions, products, and sale progress to maintain compliance and achieve quarterly customer service and sales goals
  • Upsell new products and services by identifying what benefits the customer's needs and utilize product knowledge to customize the customer's promotion deals
  • Establish and achieve daily sales goals by resolving the customer's concerns and overturning objections

Junior Client Support Trainee Skills Preferred:

  • Self-driven and motivated to improve interpersonal and sales skills
  • Quick learner and thrives in a fast-paced environment
