Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting thorough legal research to build strong cases and inform legal strategies.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
3. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and arguing cases effectively.
4. Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
5. Keeping clients informed of case progress, responding to inquiries, and managing client expectations.
6. Staying up-to-date on changes in personal injury law and asbestos regulations, and applying this knowledge to current cases.

Qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Proven experience in legal research, with a track record of using research to build strong cases.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
5. Strong negotiation skills, with a history of securing favorable settlements for clients.
6. A high degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
7. The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
8. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
