What you'll do as a Junior Analyst:
- Collaborate closely with the Billing & Reconciliation manager to assess contracts, interpret terms, and accurately record rebates owed.
- Ensure the integrity and precision of over 200 contracts within the internal contract management database by conducting thorough documentation reviews, data entry, and rectifying discrepancies for both new and existing CPG contracts.
- Utilize the Vendor Portal to scrutinize contract terms and calculate rebate amounts owed, leveraging sales data to provide comprehensive backup documentation.
- Execute monthly billing cycle duties, encompassing pre-bill processing, invoice generation, and generating monthly reports utilizing Tableau.
- Maintain meticulous and timely records of all rebate processes, including reconciling accounts, applying payments, managing invoice aging, and facilitating collections.
- Undertake additional tasks as delegated, specifically pertaining to rebate and contract processing initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed as a Junior Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in business, analytics, accounting, or finance.
- Demonstrated 3-5 years of experience in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Familiarity with retail transaction data, contractual billing processes, and financial reconciliation.
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI
