What the Junior Accountant will do
As a Junior Accountant, you'll be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining and analyzing general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Preparing and adjusting journal entries to ensure the books are up-to-date.
- Analyzing balance sheets to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Preparing daily bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and receipts.
- Preparing monthly aging reports analysis to monitor outstanding balances.
