Junior Accountant

Job Description

Crown is seeking a Jr. Accountant who will be responsible for processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The candidate will have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Input, maintain and pay vendor invoices

Verify approved employee expense vouchers and pay

Check for monthly recurring vendor invoices - Review and maintain Accounts Payable Aging

Process and prepare all monthly client invoices

Reconcile and tracking A/R

Prepare 1099 and other annual reporting requirements

General Ledger reconciliation and journal entry preparation

Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate for this position will work at our HQ office in Arlington, VA conveniently located across the river from Washington DC.
