Job Details

As the Junior Account Executive, you will support many of the day-to-day account activities and help the business leadership team manage all aspects of this super-busy account. It will be critical that you have an infectious 'can do' attitude - and will be passionate about doing brilliant work for our client. This individual will learn to have an exceptional understanding of the client's business and objectives as well as how to navigate internal teams and client relationships to drive results.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrates a foundational understanding of Client's business, brand and key competitive set
Attends or supports meetings, bringing necessary documents and providing comprehensive recap and next steps to the internal team
Leads collation and distribution of client status reports and coordinates the day-to-day execution of marketing content with the workflow management team
Supports senior brand management team in reporting on trends affecting client businesses, including economic, industry, competitive and cultural factors
Attends all internal meetings, and disseminates information to team members and colleagues on project opportunities/barriers as identified by workflow team
Oversees quality control of projects and escalates any potential risks and ensures Client approvals are obtained on all phases of a project
Manages expectations on timing and budget, and notifies supervisor of relevant fluctuations
Ensures the agency operates on a solid foundation by building strong relationships with cross functional teammates across the agency
Listens and responds constructively to others' ideas and points of view and responds positively to feedback when it is offered

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
Advertising agency internship experience preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail is essential
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
Experience developing spreadsheets and managing large amounts of data
