Job Details

General Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for construction projects
Involved in reviewing and analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other documentation
Work closely with the estimating team to ensure that estimates are complete, accurate, and competitive
Maximize project efficiency and profitability
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
Familiarity with construction materials and methods is a plus
Knowledge of construction schedules and budgeting is beneficial
