Our Jr. Partner Manager will assume responsibility for managing and strengthening our relationship with Vanta's strategic partners. You'll proactively prospect into partners to educate them on Vanta and facilitate referrals between Vanta and the partner. This is a new team at Vanta, reporting directly to our Head of Strategic Sales.

What you'll do as a Jr. Partner Manager at Vanta:
Reach out directly to strategic partners to educate them on Vanta
Run discovery calls and product demos for strategic partners
Build and manage direct relationships with key contacts at strategic partners
Facilitate referrals between Vanta and Vanta's strategic partners
Represent Vanta at industry and partner-sponsored events
Help to define success in a new role in Vanta's newest 0 to 1 initiative
How to be successful in this role:
3+ years of customer-facing work experience (previous SaaS experience a bonus)
Strong writing skills
Strong organization skills (i.e. project management frameworks)
Comfort in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $94,000 - $110,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
