This is a service plumbing position and will oversee and train a helper while conducting residential service and plumbing installations. Potential annual earnings $100K +

Job Title: Lead Residential Plumber
Work hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime
Pay Range: Up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs. Earning potential $100K +
What you will be doing:
- The Residential Plumber is responsible for the major installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems.
- Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment.
- Routine maintenance, service, and repair work or performed independently
- Training/supervising apprentices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass Background check & Drug Screen
- Current valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 4 + years' experience in residential plumbing
- Journeyman Plumbers License or ready to take Journeyman plumbing license
- Experience training and supervise others
- Experienced using tools of the trade including but not limited to; plumbing snakes, augers, drills, saws, hammers, measuring tape, levels and screwdrivers.
- Experience with both service and installation plumbing
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
- Ability to handle the physical workload and perform physical labor for extended periods of time.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Willing to work in all types of weather
