- Current MN Journeyman license or equivalent from a reciprocal state
- Proven expertise in towers, DC systems, and telecom projects
- Proficiency in reading plans and specs
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
- Flexibility and willingness to travel and work nights
