We are currently seeking JOURNEYMEN STAMPING DIE MAKERS .

Bachelor s degree (BA) from four-year college or university; or eight years in tool and die field; Journeyman or equivalent combination of education and experience
SUMMARY First or 2nd shift Tools/projects as assigned to repair/sharpen/build dies, fixtures and equipment used in the tool room. Supports the proper and efficient utilization of all dies, fixtures, gages, machines and other devices and takes part in design, either handling internally or externally as required. Die Maker will participate in buy off new tooling and all activities that include Tool room participation. These activities are accomplished by performing the following duties personally or through team projects. Helps maintains all metrics/logs/documentation as required. Die makers support the department performance expectation outlined by management and as required by the customer or the QMS. Overtime is often a requirement of this position and will be scheduled as required.
