Job Title Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) Enlisted Academy Senior Instructor Location MacDill AFB - Tampa, FL 33621 US (Primary) Job Type Part-time Category Instructor Job Description Responsibilities: Integration and instruction of senior enlisted development Access, advise, and mentor Senior PME students Develop lessons, teach program courses of instruction with a focus on seminar-based teaching, assess students in related courses Engage in research in teaching and learning, research and analysis, outreach and engagement that advances knowledge in selected fields Design and prepare lesson plans to facilitate seminar dialogue, lecture, guide student research, and assess student performance This is a part time position. Job Requirements DOD Security Clearance : Must have an active Top Secret security clearance and current eligibility to gain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Education: MA/MS in any field. Job Qualifications/Experience: Required: Fifteen years' experience in the SOF community. Ten years' experience with DoD and the Interagency. Comprehensive knowledge of Special Operations doctrine and application. Minimum two years in joint SOF HQ's, Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) and/or GCC. Graduate of senior service PME. Experience as an instructor, program, or project manager. Travel Security Clearance Top Secret/SCI
