The Responsibilities include processing new Website New User requests, Reactivation requests, Responding and Completing user account modifications, verifying user information, and ensuring appropriate approvals have been acquired for approving and creating these new user accounts. This person will be required to maintain the existing Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS) enrollment website handbooks, assist the Deficiency Reporting program's training department in the development of course curriculum/syllabi and CBTs. Experience with NAVAIR or other Naval Aviation programs is highly desired. Must haves: + Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of experience. + Allowable Substitution: Four (4) years of combined education and experience related to management analysis functions. Must be familiar with the NAVAIR Enterprise environment and have experience/knowledge of naval aviation maintenance practices.
