Position: Material Handler
Location: Essex, VT or Winooski

What You'll Love:

• Flexible Shifts: Various shifts with options such as 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 11:30 pm, 3:15 pm - 1:45 am, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, and 5:00 am - 3:30 pm to suit your schedule.

Skills and Abilities:

• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook), Database/Inventory Management Systems.

• Forklift Experience: Preferred, or a willingness and ability to learn.

• Communication: Efficient and effective communication skills.

• Detail-oriented: Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations: Loading/unloading trucks, stocking items, and wrapping finished goods.

• Inventory Management: Safely handling and storing materials, conducting regular audits.

• Shipping and Receiving: Verifying paperwork and maintaining records.

• Production Support: Moving components to ensure production lines have necessary materials.

• Continuous Improvement: Creatively seeking ways to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Constant movement throughout the facility.

• Lifting: Frequently moving items weighing up to 30 pounds.

• Visual Acuity: Reading and following instructions.
