•  Monday - Wednesday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Thursday 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
•  Patient Census 20-30
•  See ages 30+
•  Call required every other week
•  Rounding at local hospital daily
•  Affiliated with 1 local hospital
•  Credentialing can be completed in 3 month
•  EMR: All Scripts
