Java Developer

Job Title: Software Developer/Java Developer

Location: Ridgefield, NJ Onsite

Duration: 9+Months

Language Requirements: Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred for stakeholder and project team communication.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience as a Developer.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in Spring Boot, Java, and development under microservice architecture.

Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like Node.js, Vue.js, or Angular.js.

Understanding and experience in cloud environments is a plus.

Familiarity with MariaDB is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Understand project requirements, timeline, scope, resources, and quality management to drive effective project success.

Execute the entire software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Identify and implement efforts for stable and reliable performance improvements.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop software according to client requirements.

Provide documentation related to software development such as project specifications and test scenarios/results.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Understanding of the Customer Service (CS) industry and its major processes is a plus
