- 10 plus years of experience in Software Design and/or Architecture, with many prior years of experience in development.
- Proficient in modern Software Architectures (e.g. Microservices, Distributed Computing, Event driven architecture, Containers, Cloud, etc.)
- Proficient in Java and the Spring framework. Should be able to review and approve PR requests to insure aligned with architecture.
- Working knowledge with Cassandra / DataStax, and one of: SQL Server, DB2 LUW, Oracle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Can easily translate highly technical subject matter for an executive audience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving ability.
