We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Permanent IVF Coordinator. This position plays a critical role in providing exceptional care to our patients who are seeking fertility treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fertility and IVF coordination, with a deep understanding of the medical, emotional, and logistical aspects of the IVF process. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a commitment to our mission of providing the highest level of care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate all aspects of the IVF cycle, including pre-cycle testing, monitoring, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and post-cycle care.
2. Educate patients on the IVF process, medications, and potential outcomes.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing IVF, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
4. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, embryologists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in fertility treatments and IVF technology.
7. Manage patient scheduling for appointments, procedures, and follow-ups.
8. Ensure all necessary supplies and medications are available for each IVF cycle.
9. Address patient concerns and answer questions in a compassionate, empathetic, and professional manner.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IVF Coordinator, or in a similar role in the fertility field.
2. Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification is required.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical procedures in a way that patients can understand.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple patients and cycles simultaneously.
5. Knowledge of fertility medications, IVF procedures, and reproductive health.
6. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other medical software.
7. Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a commitment to providing the highest level of care.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
9. Willingness to continue learning and staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in fertility treatments and technology.
10. Understanding of patient privacy laws and ethical standards in the medical field.
