ITSM Subject Matter Expert with Security Clearance

RSC2 is currently looking for an ITSM Subject Matter Expert to join our growing team. Requirements Responsibilities: Leads the strategic management of BMC Remedy operations for ANG. Oversees the development of the Remedy environment and coordinates with customers for ITIL incident resolution. Provides expert guidance and ensures adherence to all operational guidelines and directives.
Leads change management functions, oversees communication with customers to manage risks, and reduces unplanned changes. Establishes and maintains comprehensive schedules for changes. Chairs TRB and CAB meetings, reviews and approves CRQs ensuring compliance with established procedures. Coordinates with Cybersecurity and Configuration Management offices to align changes with RMF requirements. Provides advanced training on change processes.
Requirements: Active DoD Secret Clearance
5 YOE in advanced ITSM roles with expertise in BMC Remedy. ITIL v4 and BMC Accredited Administrator certifications required.
Leadership experience preferred.
