ITN Communications Engineer with Security Clearance

Summary DAS Services is seeking an experienced ITN Communications Engineer to join our team in APG,MD. Responsibilities Communications Engineer needed to support Integrated Tactical Network (ITN) systems. Supports PdM NetMod with documentation and system management tasks for the Line of Sight Backhaul radio, Mobile Broadband Kit, and the Tactical Radio Integration Kit. Supports ongoing engineering efforts with the APM, logistic, technical, and budget personnel within PdM NetMod. Tests new and emerging technologies and software for inclusion into the ITN baseline. Develop and apply advanced software/systems methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced technical problems. Plan, conduct and technically direct projects or major phases of significant projects, coordinating the efforts of technical support staff in the performance of assigned projects. Analyze, evaluate and plan method of approach and organizes means to achieve solution of complex technical problems. Travel required up to 25% of the time. Required Qualifications & Experience Active Secret Clearance Knowledge in static routing and virtualized environments Windows Server and Windows 10 Network security configuration knowledge to include VPN, IPSec, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Certificate Authorities, Firewalls, and Active Directory Knowledge of acquisition and good writing/presenting skills is a plus About DAS: Defense Acquisition Support Services is a Women Owned Small Business focused on hiring the very best people in Defense Contracting.
