Overview of the IT Technical Support Manager role:
- Supervise the IT Support staff of 5 from a hands-on perspective
- maintain high standards of IT customer service
- provide technical support to end users as needed
- document IT process improvement, KPI's and best practices
Preferred Qualifications for the IT Technical Support Manager:
- 5+ years' experience supervising 3 or more IT support professionals
- Experience providing white glove technical support for a company with fewer than 500 employees
- Player/coach approach to leadership
- experience with ITSM tools is required
