Position: System Administrator
Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas
Role Type: 6-month, contract to hire
Pay Rate: $25- $33 per hour based on experience
Conversion to Full-Time: $55k - $65k based on experience
Schedule: M-F, on site, 8-5 (flexible)
Drug Screen/Background Check: Yes
On Call: Yes, on rotation
Team Size: 6
Travel: Yes, several locations. Some by personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement, some by air travel.
Skills needed: IT support, ticketing systems (BoldDesk or equivalent), iPhone support, Mac support.
Skills preferred: security knowledge, PowerShell, SQL, scripting, Ubiquity

Archon Resources is currently looking for a System Administrator to join one of our best clients located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This is a contract to hire opportunitywith a option to convert to full-time at any point during or after the contract. The conversion salary will depend upon experience and job performance.

Summary:
The System Administrator will be on a team of 6 that will support everything in IT from end-users to equipment in the office and in the field. Working on site in the office with possible and probable travel to other office locations. Great communication is a must along with a wide variety of IT knowledge.

Responsibilities:
Supporting all teams with IT support through ticketing systems and great communication. Serving all company employees with excellent service and politeness. This self-starter will enjoy a relaxed environment where teamwork is key. Continuing to learn and grow within the company.

Requirements:
IT support knowledge, iPhone support, Mac support, security knowledge, PowerShell, SQL, scripting, Ubiquity - some can be learned.
