Pay $20-25 per hour
Responsibilities for the IT Support Specialist:
- Will be responsible for provide IT support with installation, set-up and the maintenance of IT equipment and support
- Support the company voice and data communications
- Troubles the general network infrastructure and network equipment
- Responsible for IT supports calls, problem solving and documentation
- Maintain the companies documentations process and databases
Requirements for the IT Support Specialist:
- High School Diploma, AA is preferred
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of office management systems and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- General networking experience
- Basic TCP/IP networking/troubleshooting experience
