Leidos is seeking a talented IT Support Manager to lead a team of desktop support technicians and other IT professionals in providing support for the end users and the infrastructure at our San Antonio - TX location. The team consists of technicians supporting the enterprise infrastructure including network, hosting services, and all CIO Services managed desktops and laptops.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of technicians providing support at our San Antonio campus.
Manage the team's scheduling, performance and timekeeping
Collaborate with other CIO Services organizations to ensure efficient operation of the organization's computing environment
Become the focal point for enterprise infrastructure at the Huntsville campus
Ensure compliance with processes and service level objectives
Ensure the team provides excellent customer service
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of desktop support experience in a large corporate environment. Additional years of related experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
Prior experience should include at least 2 years as IT support supervisor / team lead / manager
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows in an enterprise environment
Experience creating and documenting IT processes and procedures
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a federal security clearance is required
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in supporting Mac OS and iOS devices
Microsoft Visio network documentation experience
MCP/MCSA/MCSE, A+, Network+, Security+
