IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware and software upgrades on desktops and laptops as part of a PC refresh project.
• Ensure all devices meet the specified hardware and software standards.
• Install and configure operating systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure timely completion of the refresh project.
• Document all activities, configurations, and issues encountered during the refresh process.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PC Technician or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with PC imaging and deployment tools.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
