Responsibilities:

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing first-line IT support to staff, responding to helpdesk requests in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including operating systems and various software applications.
3. Maintaining and updating documentation of IT procedures, systems, and network configurations.
4. Implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency.
5. Training staff on the use of hardware and software, including SAGE and Dynamics.
6. Assisting in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
7. Regularly reviewing and updating IT security policies and procedures.
8. Working closely with other members of the IT team and other departments to identify, develop, and implement IT solutions and enhancements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support role.
2. Experience with SAGE and Dynamics or equivalent ERP systems.
3. Strong knowledge of IT operations, systems, and infrastructure.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Experience in creating and maintaining IT documentation and training materials.
6. Knowledge of IT policies and procedures, including security and data protection.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
8. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
9. A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
