CompuNet is looking for an IT Support Analyst
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with rotating weekend/holiday on call schedule.

Positions Summary:
Responsible for front-line support of Information Technology, acting as central contact point for all IT customers and employees. Perform IT Operation tasks as required to support lab organization and clients.
Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote support for Customer Interface Systems as assigned.

• Assist with management of day-to-day operations to prevent system outages.

• Development, installation, and maintenance of system hardware configurations.

• Coordinate hardware and software upgrades of systems as necessary.

• Assist with management of systems security at all levels.

• Assist with managing and upgrading hardware contingency plants to provide disaster recovery to meet business needs.

• Assist with management of PC/Office automation hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Interact with CompuNet managers and staff for IT support, training, and equipment issues.

• Ensure compliance with all departmental, company, and regulatory policies and procedures.

• Respond to client support tickets via Service Manager, IT helpdesk tickets (Track-It), helpdesk calls.

• Install CompuNet supplied equipment. Train clients on Atlas applications in person or via WebEx.

• Maintain inventory of CompuNet supplied equipment.

• Monitor and audit all client equipment, IOP, PSC, RRL, and internal computer equipment.

• Document all serial numbers and asset tags in Track-It and eForm.

• Audit clients when on-site and report any discrepancies to the Compliance Officer.

• Perform IT Helpdesk functionality. Provide telephone support and on-site support as needed for internal customers. Complete and document minor troubleshooting and repair. Provide first and second level support for both clients and staff.

• Assist with disposal of IT assets per company procedure

• Manage imaging and employment of new and replacements computer systems.

• Assist with daily IT activities such as backups and restorations, security request, and PC setup and replacement, including PSC and RRL setups

• Participate in rotational on-call schedule to support all IT related products including but not limited to Quest workstations, CompuNet supported applications, Sunquest, QLS, CoPath, SAM, Atlas, Imaging/OnBase and peripheral devices such as label printers and laser printers.

• Assist Sales in determining the best connectivity solution for clients.

• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of CompuNet by assisting with other duties as assigned.

• Comply with all company, department, and regulatory policies and procedures.
Qualifications:

• Associates Degree with focus on Information Technology/ Computer Science, and 5 years' experience preferred.

• Must be proficient with PC's and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with installation/maintenance of personal computers and LAN TCP/IP preferred.

• Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of networked personal computers required.

• Excellent written, and oral customer service skills.
Physical demands and work environment:

• Daily involvement with confidential information and data.

• Must consistently exercise sound reasoning and independent judgment skills.

• Ability to remain flexible with work hours periodically and be available on-call based on department needs and scheduling.

• Position requires occasional travel within CompuNet geographic territory.

• Potential exposure to electrical hazard from PC installation/diagnostic work.

• Must meet vehicle insurance standards and have a valid Ohio driver's license.

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

• Will have exposure to biohazard substances and hazardous chemicals

• Be familiar with and adhere to safety, ergonomic and health policies of the Company.

• Comply with all PPE requirements when in the laboratory or other biohazard areas.

• Complete required safety training and health evaluations in a timely manner.

• Anticipate safety hazards, act upon unsafe situations and promote safety awareness
