Duties Serves as the lead administrator of the USAHCA SharePoint portal and external website presence" Support USAHCA Centers/Offices. Serves as the SharePoint portal administrator. Serve as a public / private domain web and web portal developer/deployment coordinator for USAHCA. Design develops, troubleshoots, debugs and implements web applications. Assists the Director of Operations in improving and enhancing the USAHCA portals. Develop and deploy synchronous and asynchronous knowledge management solutions. Coordinates across the USAHCA enterprise to identify processes that are candidates for BPM application. Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. Requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. Position requires Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time Position is an Information Assurance (IA) position B. In accordance with DoD 8570-01-M, position requires any future requirements for security training or certification within 6 months of hire. Employee must be willing and able to travel on military and commercial aircraft. Maybe required d to work both planned and unscheduled overtime. Specialized Experience Statement (HR/SME): I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience with web presence development support for both internal portals (Microsoft SharePoint milSuite) and public web sites on all domains in support of the USAHCA Business Process Management (BPM)/Knowledge Management (KM) program. This framework includes developing and administering SharePoint sites,. mil sites. Oversees subordinate contracting centers and offices across the contiguous United States and European and Pacific Regions. Understanding Knowledge Management (KM) technology tools for strategy and support t of the organization, while support organizational objectives. Assisting with the USAHCA personnel in utilizing tools that facilitate producing, organizing and sharing knowledge, maximizing utility and speed of access, enhance job performance and mission contribution. Ability to executes a wide range of tasks, to include performing webmaster tasks in support of USAHCA and subordinate office web presence strategies, associated hardware, servers and peripherals; establishing and updating content/services; developing and integrating technical/functional interoperability between various sites.
