Position Duties/Responsibilities You will perform computer/network systems administration, analysis, design, and programming.
You will develop, modify or install new applications.
You will apply knowledge in multiple platforms, databases, and applications, including Windows Server and desktop environments, Unix/Linux, SQL, Visual Basic, C , PowerShell, all Windows Office products, and legacy systems and applications.
You will apply knowledge on network hardware, including switches, hubs, routers, fiber, blade servers, and storage appliance.
You will be given some tasking in developing, maintaining, and improving efficiency and functionality in multi-platform, multi-site networks.
You will create tickets, respond to telephone calls, email/Teams messages.
You will investigate/resolve software application/hardware performance issues.
You will investigate/resolve Operating System errors or issues.
You will perform User Account Management Creation, Modifications, and Removals.
You will create, manage and/or update applicable process documentation.
