Job Description:
- Successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. He or she will be analytical, customer centric, resourceful, team oriented, and an effective communicator.
- This individual will be data driven, detail-oriented, extremely organized and professional, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, capable of dealing with ambiguity and rapidly-changing priorities, and comfortable working with cross functional teams.
- This role commands a large amount of responsibility, and you will be expected to participate actively in all aspects of building the business, including strategic planning, demand generation, installed base engagement/promotion, and new account acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed sales targets.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Managing sales staff for productivity
- Serving as the Kindle evangelist for the sales
- Help develop and execute a territory business plan and build targeted account plans.
- Across key verticals, resulting in a robust pipeline.
- Monitoring and responding to sales programs success metrics in your region.
- Collecting business and market intelligence
- Identifying expansion opportunities among regional retailers and working with channel managers to convert these opportunities.
- Be comfortable in getting hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done.
- Have the obsession to drive a better customer experience through everything that we do here.
Revenue Generation
- Manage renewal base and get new business from accounts.
- Crack new accounts.
- Maintain consistent pipeline.
- Crack competition accounts.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Client Servicing & ensure usage of inventories subscribed.
- Arrange Regular product trainings.
- Be our Brand Ambassador in your region.
Competition Tracking
- Track competition in your accounts and strategize.
- Management and Research.
- Participate in weekly progress reports and maintain accurate data on all customers.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
