Arun Title: IT Project Manager Duration: 12 Months Location: Pewaukee, WI (Hybrid)

Local candidate

Onsite/Travel based on the project demands

8 am to 4 pm CST Monday through Friday or as applicable to the project teams

Travel required to Chicago, Michigan. Need to use personal vehicle (expenses reimbursed)

Description: Project Manager will work with client network telecommunication infrastructure leadership, PMO/PCO, and client financial staff. The Project Manager will lead portfolio schedules, coordinate resources, manage issues, budget/invoice handling, hold stakeholder coordination meetings and minutes and complyance with PMO/PCO governance.

This position will also work collaboratively with vendor companies, support agreement negotiations and other telecommunications-related agreements. Licensing agreements and overseeing funding support for special telecommunications-related projects that support client business needs.

Job Duties
Roles report to the Project Control Office.
o Development and Management of project Delivery and Cost schedules for 1-10 projects
o Regular interval progress reporting Progress reporting with team members, stakeholders and clients.
o Negotiating schedules and resolving late delivery issues
o Creation of time cards
o Job Site Safety Enforcement
o Coordinates project meetings reviews statescalates issues for corrective action.
o Identification of Issues and Risks on projects escalate as appropriate
o Submission of PO Reqs and confirmation of delivery for invoicing purposes.
o Escalation of issues to PCO
o Responsible for Internal Coordination of
o Change management (IT CAB) when needed
o Verification of Alignment
o Network infrastructure installation schedules and resources
o Site turn up of equipment and Acceptance testing.
o Coordination/Monitoring with 3rd Party Vendors (Reporting to PCO status)
o Identification of Permitting needs using internal and external resources

Minimum Qualifications:
o Microsoft Project/PWA
o Budget, forecast, and accruals
o 3rd vendor management
o Contract bidding and negotiations
o Experience managing project financials actuals, invoice reconciliation, identifying variances
o Project Management Principles
o Construction Purchasing
o Construction standards and designs
o Network Infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate must exhibit the following:
o 5 years in the following:
o Microsoft Project
o Budget, forecast, and accruals
o 3rd party vendor management
o Contract bidding and negotiations
o Project Management Principles
o Construction Purchasing
o Construction standards and designs
o Additional qualifications:
o Facilities and floor plan schematic reading
o Order and installation of radio, Network, Antenna & Line equipment

Roles and responsibilities

Handling 1-10 projects at a time Handling infrastructures such as Wi-Fi, Switches, Telecom, Networks, radio frequency, firewalls, cabling, and fiber. Budget, forecasting, monthly updates, project meetings, running portfolios Microsoft Project, PWA, and financial aspect Communication skills PMI certification is required. PMP is strongly preferred. Knowledge of architectural design/floor design to collaborate with the construction team.
