Job Title: IT Project Manager
Job Location: Exton, PA 19341 . Onsite.
Job Duration: 12 months.
Pay range: $70 - $80/hr. on W2
Shift Time: 7.30AM to 4PM
Job Summary:
The IT Project Manager will work closely with external telecom vendors, as well as various internal stakeholders to support the global migration to Teams PBX (enterprise voice). This role will be focused on executing and realizing an efficient and successful migration of all current global PBX's to Microsoft Teams voice. This position is targeted as a twelve month opportunity.
Core Job Responsibilities:
• Define project Product, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Proactively manage changes in project Product, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans
• Escalating initiative issues and risks
• Plan and Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• When required, attend service cutovers, sometimes during evenings and/or weekends.
