4 Corner Resources is looking for a IT Project Manager I or IT Project Manager II who can leads multiple internal IT or business projects, overseeing financial, scope, schedule, and risk management. As a PM you will direct project teams, ensures alignment with company strategy, and collaborates across business areas. Someone that can participates in PMO process improvements and supports new staff onboarding. This is a hybrid opening that requires candidates to be local to the Orlando area.

This role is not open to C2C or sponsorship.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Develops communication plans for project stakeholders.

- Identifies and collaborates on assembling necessary resources.

- Manages issues, risks, and changes using established processes.

- Determines project schedules and critical paths.

- Maintains project work plans and facilitates project reviews.

- Forecasts and reports on project financials and resource utilization.

- Manages funding documentation and assists in preparing RFPs, MSAs, and SOWs.

- Participates in process improvement initiatives and PMO onboarding.

- Decision-making authority within project scope, with responsibility to escalate decisions as needed.

- Full autonomy within approved project parameters, limited autonomy outside of those bounds.

- Incumbent's decisions impact successful project implementation and issue resolution.

- Matrix supervisory responsibilities over project roles, no direct reports.

- Responsible for schedule, scope, and financial cost of assigned projects.

- Projects vary in duration and complexity, with costs up to a million dollars.

- Projects impact revenue, profit, and expenses based on technology, vendor engagement, and business impact.

Requirements

- +2 Years of experience in IT project management for PM I

- +5 Years of experience in IT project management for PM II

- Carries capacity with understanding of various technologies including, applications, databases, networking, telecommunications and connectivity.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

- Preferred PMP certification or equivalent.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc) and tools.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Additional Notes:

- Hybrid schedule

- Must be local to Orlando

- Begins on a long-term contract (1 Year)

- Payrate starts at $50 an hour and will be BOE
