We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to work in a hybrid work environment for our downtown Chicago insurance client. You would work as part of the PMO to assist in the coordination, time tracking and reporting status of multiple ongoing projects. Excellent organization skills are essential as well as good communication skills.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience setting up Jira including issues, views, and templates
- Strong Excel skills including look ups, pivot tables and charts
- Excellent communication skills with various levels of management
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Insurance experience desired
- Ability to be in the downtown Chicago office 2x a week
