Responsible for program execution, staff development, contract management, and financial management.
• Provide hands-on oversight and management for the technical and functional activities of the program.

• Providing support for operations and IT resource management requirements.

• Work closely with the customer and cross- functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

• Coordinate task order and operational activities.

• Takes proactive steps to minimize delays in deliverables.

• Regularly communicates with customers to arrange meetings, confirm program schedules, and discuss any program problems.

• Ensures that customers are regularly informed of the status of the program.

• Regularly communicates with management regarding the program's status and any problems or potential problems.

• Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans.

• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred. Must possess at least 24 semester hours in mathematical, engineering, or quantitative analysis courses.

• An Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance is required. Must be eligible for and able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance for the duration of the contract.

• Minimum of 10 years of program management experience in a technical environment .
• 5+ years of management experience in IT operations .
• Experience managing technical groups of 20 or more with subordinate managers.

• Federal contract management experience is required.

• Proficient in developing reports and presentations in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

• Ability to plan and track projects and budgets in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.

• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.

• Requires expert skills and abilities necessary to work in a team environment and communication skills to support program operations, resulting in high-quality work along with expert-level knowledge of business and industry practices .
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated ability to work towards and meet deadlines.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Level 3 Certification in Program Management

• One of the following certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- GIAC Security Leadership Certificate (GSLC)
- Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO)
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCP)
