Link Solutions is seeking an IT Program Manager (Senior-Level) to join our team at Fort Stewart, GA.

Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

The IT Program Manager will assume comprehensive responsibility for the program's operations, ensuring meticulous oversight of diverse functions such as technical and engineering support, cybersecurity measures, IT operations, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), telecommunications, and systems management. This role encompasses the facilitation of operations, maintenance, and enhancement of current and forthcoming governmental IT infrastructures. The incumbent will provide strategic leadership to our dedicated team and foster robust partnerships with our governmental clientele.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.

Serve as the technical program lead for all performance areas of delivery.

Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery team.

Provide daily supervision and direction to personnel across all functional areas of delivery.

Manage, coordinate, and track work across all functional areas of delivery.

Plan and implement large-scale projects with no impact on daily operations.

Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert across all functional performance areas.

Analyze and propose ideas, suggestions, and improvements relating to customer support.

Review and evaluate personnel work and prepare performance reports.
