In this role you will be managing a Network team, conducting project management, and providing technical guidance regarding network design and escalation support. You will also be a key driver of architecture transformation in upcoming projects involving aspects such as SD-WAN and micro segmentation.

Responsibilities
- Oversee network architecture, design, configuration, implementation, and support
- Team Management: staffing, scheduling, coaching, performance reviews, etc.
- Technical Leadership: Guidance on network design, architecture, configuration, escalation support, standards
- Project Management, budgeting
- Vendor management
Required Experience
- 7+ years Cisco Enterprise Networking
- Strong background in network design and implementation, including deep knowledge of Cisco, routers, switches, firewalls, access points
- Network Team Management experience:
- At Minimum: Lead experience, task delegation, project management
- Ideal: Manager level experience with direct reports
Preferred
- Certs (CCNA, CCNP)
- Architect level experience in an enterprise environment
- SD-WAN experience
- Strong Network/Cyber Security experience
