We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a crucial role in managing the IT infrastructure of our company. You will be responsible for ensuring the secure and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software used within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with a particular focus on Cyber Security, Strategic Planning, and IT Infrastructure Management. If you're an IT professional with a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of IT department, ensuring it aligns with the business objectives of the organization.
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Be responsible for managing the company's Microsoft 365 environment and Entra ID system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management position.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Cyber Security, Planning, IT Security Management, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Strategic Planning, and IT Infrastructure Management.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
  • Ability to manage personnel.
  • High understanding of project management principles.
  • Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
